Haylee Sinclair has worked in reinforcing estimating and scheduling since 2012, and started with IRS in February 2023. I take as much care as I possibly can when I am scheduling jobs in order to make things run as smoothly as possible when a delivery goes to site. I believe a high level of communication with the customer is the key to a project running efficiently. I will always reach out if anything on a plan is unclear instead of making assumptions, and will give as much notice as possible if there are any changes to delivery dates.
